Carved as One Shape
The upright trunk, level seat and looping shoe tier are shaped from solid wood as a single continuous silhouette. Warm honey-amber tones, rounded edges and grain that follows each curve give it a natural feel, and a clear matte seal guards against scuffs, coat friction and humidity.
Good to Know
It fits a foyer, mudroom or hallway. Bench length, rack height and shoe space can be customized, with stain tones, sheen and wood species available for an added fee. It stands on its own, but securing the upper spine to a stud with the provided concealed anti-tip bracket is strongly recommended in busy homes. Dust with a soft cloth and wipe away moisture from damp shoes.
Every bench is handcrafted to order by a partner artisan workshop, so branch curves, grain and knots will differ from one to the next.

Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more; orders under $75 ship for a flat $5.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
This piece is handcrafted to your order by our partner artisan workshops: about 7-10 days of cutting and carving, then photos of your actual piece for your approval, then about a week of finishing and crating. You can change or cancel this made-to-order piece within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Before finishing we send photos of your actual piece - once you approve them, it is final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
If it arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Natural variation in grain, knots and colour is part of handmade wood and is not a defect.

Choose your size from the options above; every measurement is listed in the size names and the description. Because each piece is cut from natural wood, grain, knots and colour vary, and large pieces can differ by up to about an inch.
Dust with a soft dry cloth, keep the piece out of standing water and long hours of direct sun, and refresh oiled finishes with a wood oil once or twice a year.
