Each Coastal Wood Home piece is handcrafted to your order by our partner artisan workshops: about 7-10 days of cutting and carving, then photos of your actual piece for your approval, then about a week of finishing before it ships with tracking. Plan on about 3-4 weeks door to door.

Yes - within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, contact us and we will tell you what can still be adjusted. Once you approve the finishing photos, the piece is final sale for change of mind. See our Refund Policy.

Note any damage on the carrier's receipt and email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece. We repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Close, but every piece is cut from natural wood, so grain, knots and colour vary and large pieces can differ by up to about an inch. That is why we send photos of your actual piece before finishing.

Dust with a soft dry cloth, wipe spills right away, keep it out of standing water and long hours of direct sun, and refresh oiled finishes with a wood oil once or twice a year. Our wood guides go into more detail.

30 days from delivery for unworn shirts with tags and unused gift items in original packaging. Size exchanges are free within the U.S. See our Refund Policy.
