Organic Modern Curved Solid Wood Executive Desk
Organic Modern Curved Solid Wood Executive Desk
A kidney-shaped top arcs around the chair, and two very different pedestals carry it: one holds drawers, the other is a smooth rounded column. The organic modern curved executive desk brings soft geometry and warm grain to a home office or studio. Growth rings and grain currents run across the whole surface.
The Curve at Work
The desktop wraps around your seat, keeping papers, a laptop and a coffee cup within easy reach. Edges and corners are beveled, rounded and hand-sanded, including the recessed drawer cutouts.
Storage and Support
One side holds three smooth-gliding timber drawers with minimal undercut pulls. The other rests on a pill-shaped solid wood column, leaving plenty of legroom.
- Genuine solid timber with no synthetic veneer and a warm wood finish
- Kidney-shaped top with an ergonomic arc
- Three-drawer pedestal plus rounded column base
- Left-hand or right-hand curve orientation
- Thicker tops, other drawer layouts and custom finishes for an extra fee
Placement and Handling
It looks best floated on a rug facing the door or set near a large window. The desk is heavy, so plan on more than one person to move it.
Each desk is handcrafted to order by a partner artisan workshop to your length and curve choice. Solid wood breathes, so tone, grain and slight seasonal movement will vary.
Shipping, returns & care
Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more; orders under $75 ship for a flat $5.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
This piece is handcrafted to your order by our partner artisan workshops: about 7-10 days of cutting and carving, then photos of your actual piece for your approval, then about a week of finishing and crating. It ships directly to you with tracking and arrives in another 3-7 business days - about 3-4 weeks in total. Contiguous U.S. only; contact us for Alaska or Hawaii. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
You can change or cancel this made-to-order piece within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Before finishing we send photos of your actual piece - once you approve them, it is final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
If it arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Natural variation in grain, knots and colour is part of handmade wood and is not a defect.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See the full Refund Policy.
Choose your size from the options above; every measurement is listed in the size names and the description. Because each piece is cut from natural wood, grain, knots and colour vary, and large pieces can differ by up to about an inch.
Dust with a soft dry cloth, keep the piece out of standing water and long hours of direct sun, and refresh oiled finishes with a wood oil once or twice a year.
