Sculptural Floating Live Edge Solid Wood Corner Desk & Wall-Mounted Workspace Slab
Sculptural Floating Live Edge Solid Wood Corner Desk & Wall-Mounted Workspace Slab
Every home has that one empty corner, and this desk gives it a job. The Sculptural Floating Live Edge Solid Wood Corner Desk & Wall-Mounted Workspace Slab tucks into a 90-degree corner, often beside a window, and leaves the floor completely clear underneath.
A Slab With a Story
The workspace is a thick piece of solid wood. Two edges are milled to sit flush against the walls, while the front keeps its raw, rippling live edge. Burls, knots and swirling grain stay on view. A matte seal helps the top resist spills, coffee rings and pen pressure, yet still feels smooth under your hands.
Why It Works
- No legs, so there is room for knees, a chair and a rug
- Deep corner surface for a laptop, monitor arm and lamp
- Heavy-duty concealed brackets included
- Live edge softens the hard lines of the corner
- Easy to clean the floor beneath
Before You Order
The slab is heavy, so it must be anchored into wall studs or masonry with sturdy hardware. Extended wings, a deeper top or non-standard angles can be made to fit your walls, and stain tone, finish level or a cord grommet can be added for an extra fee. The chair and decor in the photos are not included. Dust with a soft microfiber cloth and wipe spills promptly.
Every slab differs in edge curve, grain and color. Each desk is handcrafted to order by a partner artisan workshop.
Shipping, returns & care

This piece is handcrafted to your order by our partner artisan workshops: about 7-10 days of cutting and carving, then photos of your actual piece for your approval, then about a week of finishing and crating. It ships directly to you with tracking and arrives in another 3-7 business days - about 3-4 weeks in total. Contiguous U.S. only; contact us for Alaska or Hawaii. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
You can change or cancel this made-to-order piece within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Before finishing we send photos of your actual piece - once you approve them, it is final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
If it arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Natural variation in grain, knots and colour is part of handmade wood and is not a defect.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See the full Refund Policy.
Choose your size from the options above; every measurement is listed in the size names and the description. Because each piece is cut from natural wood, grain, knots and colour vary, and large pieces can differ by up to about an inch.
Dust with a soft dry cloth, keep the piece out of standing water and long hours of direct sun, and refresh oiled finishes with a wood oil once or twice a year.
