Handcrafted Sculptural Wood Bench
Handcrafted Sculptural Wood Bench
The Handcrafted Sculptural Wood Bench works best where people pause: an entryway, a hallway, the end of a bed, or a sunny spot on the porch. It offers a place to sit, set down a bag or stage a few favorite objects.
Reclaimed Chestnut
Each bench is made from authentic reclaimed chestnut, a wood prized for its durability and rich tones. Natural knots, distinct grain and the marks of age are part of its appeal rather than flaws to hide.
Built by Hand
Skilled artisans shape every bench using traditional woodworking techniques. Because each is made to order, the size, color and design can be adjusted to fit your space and style.
- Authentic reclaimed chestnut
- Handcrafted with traditional techniques
- Unique grain, knots and texture
- Works as seating, a sofa table or end-of-bed bench
- Custom sizes and colors available
Where It Fits
Use it as entry seating, a hallway accent, a slim table behind a sofa or a bench at the foot of the bed. It is also suitable for outdoor spaces, bringing rustic warmth wherever it lands.
Minor cracks and shifts in color are natural signs of reclaimed timber. Every bench is handcrafted to order by a partner artisan workshop, so yours will carry its own history.

This piece is handcrafted to your order by our partner artisan workshops: about 7-10 days of cutting and carving, then photos of your actual piece for your approval, then about a week of finishing and crating. It ships directly to you with tracking and arrives in another 3-7 business days - about 3-4 weeks in total. Contiguous U.S. only; contact us for Alaska or Hawaii. Full details on our Shipping Policy.

If it arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Natural variation in grain, knots and colour is part of handmade wood and is not a defect.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See the full Refund Policy.
Choose your size from the options above; every measurement is listed in the size names and the description. Because each piece is cut from natural wood, grain, knots and colour vary, and large pieces can differ by up to about an inch.
Dust with a soft dry cloth, keep the piece out of standing water and long hours of direct sun, and refresh oiled finishes with a wood oil once or twice a year.
