Freestanding Organic Wood Display Shelf & Room Divider
Freestanding Organic Wood Display Shelf & Room Divider
Light passes through the branches, catching an earthen vase on one tier and a trailing plant on the next. The Freestanding Organic Wood Display Shelf & Room Divider is an open, double-sided tree form that divides a room while still letting both sides see through.
Seen From Both Sides
Because it is open front and back, pottery and baskets can be admired from either room. Placed between a dining area and a living room, or across a wide foyer, it marks a boundary without blocking the light.
Wood and Waves
Solid timber with no veneer, showing flowing grain, prominent knots and golden amber undertones. The branch curves and wave-like shelf tiers are shaped and sanded by hand.
- Double-sided: open display visible from both directions
- Deep tiers: wavy shelves for pottery, vases, baskets and plants
- Tree trunk form: a branching sculptural frame
- Stable placement: set on a flat floor, with discreet wall support advised
Proportions
Height, width and tier spacing can match your ceiling and the span you want to divide. Thicker or slimmer tiers are available for an added cost.
Real wood shifts slightly in color and grain and moves a little with the seasons, so each divider is its own. Each is handcrafted to order.

This piece is handcrafted to your order by our partner artisan workshops: about 7-10 days of cutting and carving, then photos of your actual piece for your approval, then about a week of finishing and crating. It ships directly to you with tracking and arrives in another 3-7 business days - about 3-4 weeks in total. Contiguous U.S. only; contact us for Alaska or Hawaii. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
You can change or cancel this made-to-order piece within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Before finishing we send photos of your actual piece - once you approve them, it is final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
If it arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Natural variation in grain, knots and colour is part of handmade wood and is not a defect.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See the full Refund Policy.
Choose your size from the options above; every measurement is listed in the size names and the description. Because each piece is cut from natural wood, grain, knots and colour vary, and large pieces can differ by up to about an inch.
Dust with a soft dry cloth, keep the piece out of standing water and long hours of direct sun, and refresh oiled finishes with a wood oil once or twice a year.
