The Flame King 40LB propane tank is a refillable steel cylinder that is pre-purged and vacuum ready for propane filling. It has a powder-coated finish and an OPD valve to help prevent overfilling.
The tank is x-ray and hydrostatic tested, with DOT and Transport Canada certification for transport in the US and CA.

Sizes Small to 3X. Classic and Pullover styles are a roomy old-school boxy fit; Modern Fit is tapered. Between sizes? Size up on Classic, true to size on Modern.
